Options on lands at the intersection of Villeneuve Road and Ray Gibbon Drive. The area has recently been annexed into the City of St Albert and development is approaching from the South. Lands previously held under option to the West have been expropriated by the Province for the future extension of Ray Gibbon Drive (West Regional Road).
